MPCA ANNUAL NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2003

The Minority Peace Corps Association 2003 Annual Conference in Philadelphia, PA  is sure to be a big hit.  However, we need all of our members and friends' participation.

This form is a method for collecting room preference information and will also be used to calculate the number of rooms to reserve.  In order to keep cost low, everyone will have the option of single or double occupancy.  Also, by completely filling out this form you will help us in deciding some of the topics to be covered during the conference.  We look forward to making this conference as much fun as it is informative.

We chose the Embassy Suites Center City location because of the cost and facility.  Each suite includes a balcony, separate living room, mini refrigator, microwaves, and non-smoking are available.  It's downtown Philadelphia and there is additional cost for parking.  To get more information about the accommodations please click on link--- Embassy Suites Philadelphia Center City. 

The cost per room per night will be $135.00.  With two to a room your individual cost will be only $67.50 per night making your individual total $135.00 for the weekend.  Evening cocktails and cooked to order breakfast each morning  is included in hotel fee. We will also have a conference room all day Saturday.  (More detail about the agenda to come.) To keep cost down we will only have beverages served while in conference.  There are a few restaurants within walking distant.

The registration fee for the conference is $35.00 which will help defray the cost of the conference room and all other cost related to the conference. Late registration is $45.00.
